Our Story – InspiraPrint

Every wall has a story to tell.

For me, art has always been more than lines, colors, and shapes. It is a way of breathing life into silence, a way of turning empty spaces into places where people feel alive, inspired, and connected. My name is Gandhi, and I created InspiraPrint because I believe art has the power to make people see themselves differently, to remind them that they are capable of beauty, love, and greatness.

I started this journey as an artist with a pencil in my hand, drawing portraits that captured the souls of people. Each face told a story of resilience, joy, and hope. Over time, I realized something deeper: art doesn’t just belong on paper; it belongs everywhere we live, everywhere we gather, everywhere we dream. That’s when the vision for InspiraPrint was born.

At InspiraPrint, we don’t just print images on walls. We create experiences that bring families closer, strengthen bonds, and inspire new beginnings. When we transform a wall, we’re not decorating; it’s much more personal. We’re helping a mother turn her child’s room into a place of wonder. We’re helping a business owner turn an office into a space of motivation. We’re helping families and friends turn their walls into memories they can feel every single day.

But InspiraPrint is more than wall printing. It’s a movement of art. Alongside our wall printing services, we’re building collections that bring inspiration into homes across the world:

Welcome to InspiraPrint (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our wall printing services and related activities. By booking our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

InspiraPrint provides professional wall printing services at residential, commercial, or public properties as agreed in the booking.
Services are limited to the specifications confirmed in your order (image, size, dimensions, placement, and materials).

2. Client Responsibilities

Property Access: You must ensure safe and timely access to the location during the scheduled appointment.
Wall Condition: Walls must be clean, dry, smooth, and suitable for printing. InspiraPrint is not responsible for defects caused by damaged, wet, or improperly prepared surfaces.
Permissions: Clients are solely responsible for obtaining all required landlord, property owner, or local authority permissions before scheduling wall printing.

3. Custom Images & Content

Clients must own the rights to any images or designs provided. By submitting images, you confirm you have all necessary licenses and permissions.
InspiraPrint reserves the right to refuse to print content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
InspiraPrint may retain copies of completed projects for marketing purposes unless the client provides written notice to opt out.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit (if applicable).
Cancellations made within [72 hours] of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
InspiraPrint reserves the right to reschedule services in cases of unforeseen events (equipment failure, weather, or safety concerns).

5. Payments

A deposit of [insert %] is required to secure all bookings. The balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments must be made through our approved payment methods.
Deposits are non-refundable unless InspiraPrint cancels the appointment.

6. Warranty & Limitations

InspiraPrint guarantees that the print will match the agreed-upon digital proof in design, size, and positioning.
Natural variations in wall texture, color, or environmental conditions may affect the final result. InspiraPrint is not liable for such variations.
We do not guarantee permanence of the print if walls are exposed to moisture, direct sunlight, chemicals, or physical damage.

7. Liability

InspiraPrint is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing wall conditions (cracks, peeling paint, dampness, or mold).
Clients are responsible for removing valuable items or furniture near the work area. InspiraPrint is not liable for accidental damage to items left in the workspace.
InspiraPrint’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific wall printing service.

8. Client Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InspiraPrint harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Unauthorized use of third-party images.
Failure to obtain property owner permissions.
Unsafe working conditions at the property.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Utah]. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Utah].

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our Website and will take effect immediately for all future services.
